Most of our enquiries begin with “I can’t find it anywhere”. That is exactly the job this foundry was built for.

Bring what you have
A whole part, a broken part, just one half, or a photo with dimensions. We have worked from all of these.

We reconstruct the geometry
We measure the piece you have and fill in what is missing — on symmetrical parts, the other side gives the answer.

We make the pattern
The pattern is made with shrinkage and machining allowances, so the finished casting comes out at the required size.

We cast and machine
The casting is machined to final size, then inspected. We keep the pattern — so the next piece is quicker and cheaper.
